Sammie & Kirk were married on May 16, 2015, at Belknap Mill in Laconia, New Hampshire. I was so afraid we were going to have rain all morning and we ended up without a single drop!

I LOVED how many places there were to take photos within one area, and I am such a sucker for historic buildings that this place was a dream to be able to photograph.

Sammie & Kirk had a non-traditional take on the unity candle. Instead of a candle or sand, they used a tree. During the ceremony each of them added soil and water to the tree, and once they have a home, they can plant it and watch it grow through the years.

And, one of my favorite parts of the ceremony was the Maid of Honor. Her face below just captures it all. I loved seeing her face as Kirk saw Sammie walking down the aisle. Those moments and those faces that display all the emotions of one person's joy for their friend... that's what being a Maid of Honor is all about.

Sammie & Kirk had DJ Kevin from A Main Event as their DJ for the evening, and y'all! He KILLED it! The dance floor did not stop ALL. NIGHT. LONG. I think I had as much fun at this reception as the guests did. It's so awesome to be a part of a wedding day team with other vendors who truly enjoy what they do!

It was a wonderful day with Sammie & Kirk, and I know they have many years of happiness ahead. Congratulations guys, and thanks again for letting me share in your wedding!
