What to expect on Photo Day and other FAQs
BEFORE PICTURE DAY:
Step 1: Choose your time slot and confirm your booking via our online scheduling site.
Students are photographed during a 5 minute time slot in various karate poses, including kicks and jumps.
Step 2: Choose your products and fill out an online order form.
Before your session, we need to know what you want to do with the images. We will choose poses based on what will best fit the products you have chosen. A variety of products are available for purchase including posters, bag tags, holiday ornaments, statues, drinkware, prints and more. To see a complete listing of available products check out our products and samples page. There will also be samples on-site for you to see and touch.
ON PICTURE DAY
Step 1: Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time slot.
Your student should be fully dressed and picture ready BEFORE their time slot— belts tied, hair combed/styled, uniform straight and faces clean. Students are photographed back to back and if you miss your scheduled time we may not be able to photograph your student.
Step 2: If you have not pre-filled your order form with the products you wish to order, you will need to do so before we can photograph your child.
Poses are selected for your student based on what will best fit the items you have chosen so we have to have this information before your student enters the set.
Step 3:
Make payment via the website, cash, check or Venmo.
AFTER PICTURE DAY
Your products will be delivered within four weeks of picture day. Digital files and items that do not require photoshop work may be delivered faster. We always hope to get your items to you faster than this, but to keep expectations realistic please expect your items up to four weeks after picture day.
What if I hate my photos?
We don’t think you will, but if for some reason you’re unhappy with your photos, we will do our best to make it right. There are never minimum orders at Ali Cali Photo, so if you don’t love your photos, you don’t buy them.
