PICTURE DAY IS COMING!

What to Expect:

  • Before Photo Day

    • Pre-ordering will begin on January 26 and will run until February 5.

    • You’ll receive several email reminders with important information between now and picture day. PLEASE READ THEM.

      • To make sure you receive emails, add photodayemailaddresshereand contact@alicaliphoto.com to your approved senders list to make sure you get those emails. They will have ALL the information you’ll need to make ordering and picture day as quick, easy and successful as possible. Please check your spam and promotions folders if you do not see the emails in your inbox.

  • Pre-ordering Photos (AdvancePay)

    • This will look different than last year and is called AdvancePay! Instead of choosing a package ahead of time, you will choose a credit amount. It’s like purchasing a gift card for $25 and getting an additional $5 gift card free. Once the photos are ready you’ll get an email where you can go in and choose your package, a la carte items, digital files, etc., and choose your favorite photos.

    • This is a NO-RISK purchase.

      • If for some reason after you see your athlete’s photos you are not happy with them we will work together towards a solution. My goal is always 100% satisfaction for my clients and as a member of the community and the MYA family, I see you guys around town and at games, so I have some serious accountability for providing you guys the best!

    • The best pricing is available with AdvancePay, but you can order anytime.

      • You do not have to purchase an AdvancePay credit for your athlete to be photographed, and you will have the option to make a purchase after picture day though no discounts will be available for those who have not purchased an AdvancePay credit.

    • Pricing for all individual items and packages is available to view before selecting your AdvancePay amount.

    • All orders must be placed online.

  • Picture Day

    • Picture day is SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2026 in the MES gym between 10am and 5:30pm.

    • Each age group will have a specific time for photos, but please note siblings can come at the same time.

      • PHOTO SCHEDULE:

        • 9am ALL Travel Teams

        • 9:30am Kindergarten and 1st grade Instructional

        • 10:30am 2nd Grade Instructional

        • 11:15am Pee Wee Boys (3rd-4th grade)

        • 12pm Pee Wee Girls (3rd-4th grade)

        • 1:45pm Jr Boys (5th-6th grade)

        • 2:15pm Jr Girls (5th-6th grade)

        • 2:45pm Intermediate Boys (7th-8th grade)

        • 3:15pm Intermediate Girls (7th-8th grade)

        • 3:45pm Senior Boys (9-12 grade)

    • Athletes should arrive camera ready in their BLUE MYA jersey.

      • If they would like to wear a shirt underneath, please wear the Merrimack blue, black or gray if possible. White is okay, but the other colors are preferred as they will look better for photos.

      • Uniform shorts or Merrimack blue, or black shorts are recommended. Feet will not show in photos so they do not need to have on their basketball shoes, but please wear socks you don’t mind seeing in your photo.

    • Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time so you can check in. Upon check-in your athlete will be photographed by a member of our team so we can match your child’s photos to the correct information.

    • We will use a process for creating team photos called compositing. This means every child should be photographed whether or not you plan to purchase photos. Individual photos will be taken on a green screen and the team photo will be made up of one individual photo for each child composited together. This allows flexibility for families with children on different teams/ages and helps ensure no one has to make multiple trips for photos.

    • More than half the team must be photographed in order to create a team photo. Ex: If your team is 10 players, 6 or more must show up for photos for there to be a team photo.

  • After Picture Day

    • Three weeks after photos are taken the viewing and ordering phase begins. You’ll receive an email with a direct link to your athlete’s pictures. At this time you will select your favorite images, how you want to receive your images- prints, digital files, etc., and complete your order. If you did not pre-order you will have the option to make a purchase. You have 2 weeks to complete your order, or place a new order.

    • Once your order is completed the photos are sent directly to print and cannot be cancelled.

    • Digital image files are delivered immediately and cannot be refunded. Physical prints and other items will ship to you within two weeks of completing your order.
