I met with Kim & Chris at Atkinson Common in Newburyport a couple weekends ago. Ya'll! I didn't know this place existed and it is a gold mine for photos! There are so many neat different looks all within one little park. It's beautiful and peaceful and with the exception of not having any bathrooms, I'd say it's the perfect little place! :)

I had to go ahead and put my favorite photo in. I LOVED the way this turned out with the gazebo. It was so fairytale!

Before we got to the gazebo, we made use of the tower that stands in the middle of the park. It would be SO amazing if this tower could be restored inside. There's a winding staircase that would allow for people to go up into it and oh the photos that could be taken inside...

Until then, we will just enjoy the outside of it!

They brought along a sign a friend made for them with their wedding date, and an "&" in gold glitter. I thought it looked so perfect in the photos! (I probably shouldn't mention that it was right after this set of photos that I asked them to remind me what their wedding date was... duh! Thankfully they still trust me to show up on the right day for the wedding, haha! -- Big shout out to all my couples for being so patient with me while I survive the first six months with a new baby! I promise once she starts sleeping a little better I'll be much better at remembering little things like the wedding date, lol!)

Chris is a firefighter, so we incorporated some of his gear into the shoot. I posted one of the photos on instagram and a friend commented that it looked like his hat said "Awesome Fire Department". I'd say it's probably true either way. ;)
